The Church
The Church stands at the eastern edge of the Square, its stone tower visible from every quarter of the town. The great oak doors are never locked. Whether you come to pray, to sit in silence, or simply to admire the ancient windows, you are welcome at any hour.
The congregation here has always been a broad one — farmers and scholars, travellers and long-time residents, the certain and the searching alike. The bells mark the hours for the whole town.
An Open Door
Services are held each week, but the building itself is always open. The side chapel is especially quiet in the late afternoon, when the light comes through the rose window and fills the air with colour. Many find this the best hour for reflection.
